Technical Lead, Gen AI

We are seeking for an accomplished Technical Lead proficient in implementing and

operating the platforms and tools associated with Generative AI. In this role, you'll lead

a team building bleeding-edge Generative AI applications using Large Language

Models (LLMs) for structured and unstructured data for summarization, classification,

and question-answering. You will work with our customers to understand their

requirements and imagine, design, and develop applications on Google Cloud. In

addition, you will collaborate with other technical leads to contribute towards the

development of Generative AI capabilities within the company.

• 10+ years in a senior technical role, contributing code or designing
• architecture.
• Recent experience leading multi-skilled, senior technical teams.
• Recent experience in playing a key role in implementing and operating
• Generative AI, machine learning, or deep learning applications.
• Experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications,
• microservices architecture, and understanding distributed systems.
• Experience in software lifecycle best practices.
• Demonstrated ability in scaling applications and understanding
• time/space complexity.
• Understanding of troubleshooting and reductionist techniques in
• software development.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent experience implementing MLOps.
• Experience in the process of identifying, ingesting, and cleaning raw data
• for use in AI applications.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Run,
• GKE, Firestore, and CloudSQL. Alternatively, experience with similar
• services on AWS or Azure.
• Large Language Model development stack (LangChain, Google PaLM,
• etc.)
• CI/CD automation and orchestration (Jenkins, Github Actions, Cloud
• Build, or similar).
• Infrastructure actuation/automation (Terraform or similar).
