Where we came from
Talent Route AI was founded by a specialist recruiter with 16 years of experience placing contract engineers — someone who understood the market from the inside and was frustrated by the same problem every time: the best engineers aren't on job boards, and the companies that need them most rarely know where to look.
We built a different model. Instead of posting jobs and waiting, we invested in relationships — with engineers, with teams, with the communities where real technical talent lives. Over 16 years that network has become our most valuable asset.
Today we operate across the UK, Europe, and the East Coast of the USA, placing contract engineers in some of the most demanding technical environments in the world. The tools have evolved. The approach hasn't.
